Details & Tips

-All Variety Show acts must audition to be considered for the Variety Show, or contact Jennifer Grim at (626) 523-6172 to make alternative arrangements.

-Students can be in no more than 2 acts excluding class acts. Acts will be limited to 2 1/2 minutes per solo act or 4 minutes for group acts.

-Have a talent that can’t be performed on stage? No problem! Make a video to be presented during the show! We would love to see our Cougars riding dirt bikes, skating, drawing, etc... Please contact Jenn Grim for details.

-Song choice will be given on a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted immediately if your song choice has been taken.

-All singing acts MUST turn in a copy of their song lyrics of full song at auditions. (Lyrics can easily be found by Googling the name of the song). Lyrics must be school appropriate.

-Please practice and come to AUDITIONS prepared with props (or at least a clear vision that can be communicated to us) and music (costumes are not necessary at this time). Your act doesn’t need to be perfect we want to get a sense of what the act will be.
